Tom brings over two decades of experience in branding, marketing, and digital strategy. Before launching Homestead Landing, he ran a Nashville-based creative agency, helping businesses grow through thoughtful design and clear messaging.

His introduction to the portable buildings industry came through years of hands-on experience working alongside family in the field. That foundation, paired with his marketing background, shaped the way Homestead Landing was built—from the ground up—with intention, systems, and long-term vision.

Isaiah Long

Isaiah is more than just the next generation—he’s a builder in every sense. As co-owner of Homestead Landing, he stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Tom in running the business, shaping the vision, and making sure every decision reflects the kind of company they’re building together.

He leads U-Haul operations on the lot and works directly with customers every day. Isaiah doesn’t do flash—he does follow-through. He brings consistency, grounded leadership, and a deep sense of ownership to everything he touches.
